- Process Cash Transactions: Handle cash exchanges and accurately count and verify the funds received from customers, including chips, tickets, and vouchers.
- Maintain Cash Drawer: Safeguard and balance the cash drawer throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy in calculations and recording transactions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist guests with cash transactions, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
- Redeem Player Rewards: Facilitate the redemption of player rewards points for cash or other forms of payment.
- Follow Regulatory Guidelines: Adhere to all gaming regulations, including verifying the age and identification of customers, reporting suspicious activities, and following anti-money laundering protocols.
- Perform Accounting Tasks: Prepare reports, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records of all cash transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Other Departments:



Work closely with other departments, such as the casino floor staff, security, and surveillance teams, to ensure a seamless flow of cash operations.
- Maintain Cash Handling Equipment: Operate and maintain cash handling equipment, such as currency counters and coin sorters, ensuring they are in positive working order.
- Stay Updated on Casino Promotions: Understand and communicate casino promotions and assist guests in redeeming promotional offers or vouchers.
- Uphold Security Measures: Adhere to strict security protocols and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information and transactions.
