Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day e-commerce operations without needing constant hand-holding. This role sits at the intersection of operations, payments, and logistics, so attention to detail and accountability matter more than fancy titles. If you’ve worked with platforms like Shopify, Shiprocket, and Razorpay, and actually understand how orders move from checkout to delivery, this role will feel natural to you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Store Management

-Manage daily order flow through Shopify dashboard

-Ensure orders are processed, verified, and dispatched on time

-Handle order issues like failed payments, cancellations, and returns

2. Logistics & Shipping

-Create and manage shipments via Shiprocket

-Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delays, and escalations

-Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues

3. Payment & Settlement Handling

-Work with Razorpay dashboard for payment tracking

-Monitor settlements, refunds, and payment discrepancies

-Coordinate with finance team for reconciliation and reporting

4. Coordination & Execution





-Work closely with marketing (campaigns, offers, product drops)

-Align with inventory/warehouse for stock updates

-Support customer queries related to orders and payments

5. Reporting & Optimization

-Maintain basic reports on orders, returns, and payment status

-Identify gaps in order flow, delays, or drop-offs

-Suggest small operational improvements (this matters a lot here)

What We’re Looking For

-1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations

-Comfortable working inside Shopify, Shiprocket, and Razorpay (not just theoretical

knowledge)

-Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers, orders, and tracking

-Ability to manage multiple moving parts without missing deadlines

-Basic understanding of D2C workflow (orders → payment → shipping → delivery)

-Good communication skills for internal coordination

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)

-Experience in a D2C or Product Companies

-Familiarity with returns/RTO handling

-Basic Excel or reporting skills

-Able to relocate to Bangalore Location

This isn’t a “backend” role, you’re directly responsible for how customers experience the brand after they click “Buy Now. ” If orders are delayed, payments are stuck, or shipments fail.. it shows up immediately. That’s the level of ownership we expect.
