Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads for IT services.




- Understand client business & technical requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution planning.
- Proposal preparation & deal closure.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Marketing / IT / Sales) – Preferred.
- BBA /BE /B.Tech/MCA with exposure to IT services.
- 1-2 Years in IT sales is acceptable.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and SDLC.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with sales and negotiation aptitude.
