SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of master data governance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in SAP MDG, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in master data governance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions.
- Develop and enhance custom objects, including UI components, BRF+ rules, workflows, and data models.
- Design and implement data models, replication frameworks, and integration scenarios with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation; conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP MDG features and best practices; recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.





Technical Skills:

- Expertise in SAP MDG for Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Business Partner.
- Proficient in ABAP, BRF+, FPM, and UI5/Fiori development.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO, IDocs, BAPIs, and ALE/IDocs for data integration.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and integration with SAP MDG.
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices in SAP environments.

Functional Skills:

- Solid understanding of master data processes in areas such as procurement, sales, and supply chain.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure SAP MDG applications to meet business needs while ensuring system integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing to validate solutions against business requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MDG, with at least 3 years in a techno-functional role.
