Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift Timing: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who can communicate effectively with UK clients and provide a high-quality support experience.
If you possess strong English communication skills, a qualified attitude, and basic technical knowledge, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with UK clients via calls, emails, and remote support tools
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Assist customers with basic software and application-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation, follow-ups, and issue tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confidence in interacting with international clients, particularly UK clients
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and software troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in UK Shift
- Must be comfortable working from our Indore office
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of technical concepts are encouraged to apply.
