Autumn is looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Intern to support our catalog management and operations team. If you enjoy working with data, organizing information, and have a knack for Excel, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
* Create, manage, and maintain product catalogs across platforms.
* Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
* Perform bulk catalog uploads and updates using Excel.
* Assist with data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve catalog-related issues.
* Support day-to-day catalog operations and reporting.
Requirements :
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
* Basic experience in catalog management or e-commerce operations is preferred.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data handling.
* Experience with Excel Macros or VBA.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Quick learner with positive communication skills and a proactive attitude.
