Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Senior ServiceNow Consultant** with strong expertise in **ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO)** to design, configure, and implement end-to-end FSO solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to optimize field service operations, streamline work order management, improve scheduling and dispatching, and enhance technician productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Field Service Operations.

* Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.

* Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and user stories.

* Configure and implement ServiceNow FSO modules, including:

* Work Orders

* Work Order Tasks

* Agent Mobile App

* Dispatcher Workspace

* Scheduling & Dispatch

* Assignment Rules

* Service Territories

* Technician Management

* Inventory & Asset Integration

* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business demonstrations.





* Conduct Show & Tell sessions and provide end-user training.

Technical Responsibilities

* Configure and customize ServiceNow FSO applications and workflows.

* Develop Flow Designer flows and Business Rules.

* Configure Work Order lifecycle management.

* Implement Scheduling Policies and Energetic Scheduling.

* Develop reports and dashboards.

* Integrate ServiceNow FSO with:

* Asset Management

* CMDB

* ITSM

* Third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs

* Support data migration, deployment, and production releases.

Required Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

* Proven expertise in **ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO)**.

* Good knowledge of:

* ITSM

* CMDB

* Asset Management

* Mobile Agent

* Flow Designer

* IntegrationHub

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Strong understanding of service delivery and field workforce management processes.

Preferred Certifications

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)

* ITIL Foundation Certification
