We are hiring for the position of MIS Executive (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in MIS, reporting, or business process automation with AI expertise in ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LLM, Base 44.com.

Job Summary:

Balaji Niryaat Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and technology-driven MIS Executive with expertise in AI tools to manage business data, automate reporting processes, and generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, hands-on experience in MIS reporting, advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and business reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using AI tools and workflow automation.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and business opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of business data.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate,



and consolidate data.
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain databases and continuously improve reporting systems and processes.

Required Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LLM, Base44.com, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or equivalent for automation and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
