We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate agriculture-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of project activities while coordinating with government departments, stakeholders, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor agriculture development projects.
* Coordinate with Central/State Government departments and other stakeholders.
* Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
* Prepare project plans, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
* Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
* Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
* Conduct field visits and review project implementation.
* Build strong relationships with government officials, NGOs, and other partner organizations.
* Ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
* MBA or
* B.Sc. in Agriculture or Allied Science
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience with:
* Central/State Government Ministries or Departments
* Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs)
* Corporate Organizations
* Experience in the Agriculture sector will be preferred.
Required Skills
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Project planning and execution skills.
* Report writing and documentation.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to travel for field visits when required.
Preferred Candidate
* Strong understanding of agriculture and rural development projects.
* Experience working with government-funded programs.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
