Job Description: Sales – Immigration/ Visa Consultant (Work Visa Specialist)

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales–Visa Consultant who specializes in Work Visa Sales (Gulf + European countries) and Tourist Visa Sales.
This is a pure sales role focused on lead conversion, client counselling, and revenue generation.
No documentation or visa processing responsibilities are included.

Key Responsibilities

· Convert inbound leads into successful sales for Work Visas (Gulf & Europe) and Tourist Visas.

· Counsel potential clients on available visa options, eligibility criteria, benefits, and pricing.

· Conduct in-person and telephonic consultations to pitch services effectively.

· Follow a structured sales process to qualify leads and close deals.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong focus on Work Visa programs.

· Maintain a high level of product knowledge for Gulf and European Work Permits (e.g., UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi, Poland, Romania, Malta, etc.).





· Provide accurate information regarding services (processing will be handled by the backend team).

· Maintain proper client follow-up and ensure high conversion rates.

· Update CRM/lead management tools with daily lead status.

· Ensure excellent customer experience to enhance referrals and repeat business.

Skills & RequirementsEducation

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.

Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in:

o Immigration/visa sales

o Gulf Work Permit sales

o European Work Visa sales

o Tourist Visa sales

· Strong ability to convert leads, persuade clients, and close high-value deals.

Skills

· Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to meet targets, handle objections, and close sales.

· Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

· Client Handling: Confident in face-to-face discussions and pitching visa programs.

· Market Knowledge: Understanding of Gulf & European work visa markets is highly preferred.

· Professionalism: Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.

· Follow-up Discipline: Strong ability to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

What This Role Does NOT Include
