A security field officer acts as the crucial link between a security company's management and its on-site security personnel. They are primarily responsible for supervising guards, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and swiftly resolving client issues across designated geographic locations.
- Deployment: Sourcing, recruiting, and allocating security guards to various client sites.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitoring daily rosters, handling shift changes, and ensuring all posts are manned at all times.
- Discipline & Training: Conducting routine briefings, ensuring proper uniform standards, and providing in office training on standard operating procedures
Minimum 3 years Experience in Security field work
Salary : 35,000 to 45,000 Per month
