Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer interactions through both voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the dedicated relationship partner for VIP Shaadi members post sale.
- Understand member preferences and help identify their ideal match.
- Call and connect with high quality prospects on behalf of the member.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
- Assist customers with profile management, membership plans, account-related issues, and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual productivity, quality,



and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Handles call, chats & emails with one mission making every customer heard, valued & special.
- Preferred candidate profile
- HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM/Customer Service/Blended Process/Email Writing.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Passion for people relationships and making customer's smile.
- Confident and Self motivated.
- Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and chats.
