Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Introduce Nogiz's software development services and products.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.




- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
