We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BDE – Upwork Lead Generation Specialist for our Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in generating leads through Upwork, excellent communication skills, proposal writing expertise, and a valuable understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business leads through Upwork for Digital Marketing services.

Identify potential clients and analyze project requirements.

Write customized and high-converting proposals.

Handle client communication professionally via chat and calls.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.





Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and project capabilities.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in Upwork lead generation.

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Expertise in proposal writing and client handling.

Good understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and profile management.

Ability to generate quality leads and achieve targets.

Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,088.36 - ₹40,505.76 per month
