Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-driven Social Media Executive (SPOC) to oversee and execute our social media presence across multiple platforms. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all social media activities, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content while coordinating with internal teams to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all social media-related activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and stakeholders.

Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Create engaging and original content, including captions, creatives, videos, reels, stories, and other platform-specific formats.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, lead generation, and conversions.

Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization.





Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the design, content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising.

Creative thinking with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.

Freshers with robust social media knowledge, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
