Role Overview: The Trade Desk Manager

He will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end trade desk operations associated with minerals, mining, metals, and natural resources businesses.

The role requires robust expertise in commodity trade coordination, shipment planning, trade execution, operational documentation, logistics management, and stakeholder coordination across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of commodity trading operations, supply chain coordination, trade documentation, and operational compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities Managing and supervising day-to-day trade desk operations related to minerals, mining, commodities, and natural resources transactions Coordinating domestic and international trade activities including order execution, shipment scheduling, cargo movement, and delivery tracking Handling trade execution processes from contract finalization to shipment closure while ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining trade documentation including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, shipping instructions,



bills of lading, packing lists, and operational reports Coordinating with suppliers, buyers, brokers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, transport vendors, shipping lines, CHA agents, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operational execution Monitoring shipment schedules, cargo dispatches, vessel timelines, delivery commitments, and trade-related operational milestones .

Candidate Requirements 3–4 years of relevant experience in trade desk operations, commodity trading support, logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or related functions Prior experience within minerals, mining, metals, commodities, natural resources, industrial, or infrastructure sectors will be strongly preferred Strong understanding of commodity trade operations, shipment coordination, logistics management, and trade documentation processes Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and trade management/documentation

Pay: From ₹309,945.79 per year
