Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Equity Dealer to join our trading desk in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for executing equity and derivative transactions on behalf of our retail/HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients or institutional desk. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, flawless execution skills, and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Execution: Execute buy and sell orders for equities, derivatives (F&O;), and commodities on behalf of clients accurately and efficiently using terminal applications (NEST, NOW, ODIN, or proprietary platforms).
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with assigned clients, providing them with live market updates, research reports, and technical/fundamental calls generated by our internal research team.
- Risk Management: Monitor client margins, positions, and exposure limits in real-time to mitigate risk. Ensure compliance with internal risk management policies (RMS).
- Trade Confirmation: Confirm executed trades with clients post-market hours and handle queries regarding contract notes, ledger balances, and settlements.
- Business Development: Reactivate dormant client accounts and cross-sell other financial products (Mutual Funds, IPOs, Insurance) where applicable, maintaining strong client retention.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to SEBI, exchange (NSE/BSE),



and internal compliance guidelines. Maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality in all trading activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications (Mandatory): Valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification and NISM Series VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as an Equity Dealer / Terminal Operator with a reputed broking house or financial institution.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in handling trading terminals
- Good understanding of market mechanics, order types (limit, market, stop-loss), and clearing/settlement processes.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work under high pressure during market hours with sharp focus and rapid decision-making capabilities.
- Strong numerical aptitude and data accuracy.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
