Position Overview:
Job Title: Senior Manager - Leasing

We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, showcasing available properties, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute leasing plans to meet occupancy targets. Manage property marketing and tenant outreach.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing agents to ensure targets are met. Provide training, coaching, and performance management.
- Tenant Relations: Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure positive experiences for tenants.
- Market Insight:



Stay updated on market trends and rental rates to maintain competitive edge.
- Compliance: Ensure all lease agreements and processes are legally compliant and properly documented.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar real estate role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of leasing processes, tenant relations, and local real estate laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission opportunities.
