The Telecaller Executive is responsible for driving outbound communication, generating quality leads, and managing customer inquiries to support overall business growth. This role serves as the primary voice of the organization, ensuring effective communication of product and service offerings to prospective and existing clients.

The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections professionally. Success in this role is measured by the ability to achieve daily calling targets, maintain accurate customer records, and convert inquiries into fruitful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Communication: Place outbound calls to prospective clients and handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospective customers, pitch product/service offerings, and qualify leads according to company standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



positive relationships with clients by addressing their queries and resolving concerns effectively.
- Data Maintenance: Accurately update customer interaction logs, feedback, and lead status in the CRM or database on a daily basis.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Minimum High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent undergraduate degree.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (freshers with robust communication skills are welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages, coupled with active listening.
- Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, resilient, and polite demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
