Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration, Linux Operations.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within Red Hat environments.
- Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of security best practices and patch management in Red Hat operating systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
