We are looking for a robust HR professional to build proper systems in our showroom setup (25+ staff). Role includes: * Recruitment & onboarding * Attendance, leave & payroll coordination * Employee grading & discipline control * Manpower analysis (identify understaffed / overstaffed departments before hiring) * Compliance & documentation (PF / ESI / registers) * Admin & renewal tracking * Weekly & monthly reporting to management * Build structure from scratch and reduce chaos We need someone who can create order, control manpower, and support management with data-based decisions. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
