Technical skills:
1.Testing and Test Automation ideally in IBM RTVS (Green Hat), CA ITKO or Parasoft.
2.Solid development background in middleware like TIBCO, IBM message Broker, Web sphere, MQ, CICS and other Mainframe technologies.
3.In-depth knowledge of Middleware & SOA testing.
4.Knowledge of test and issue management frameworks, their implementation and process integration (Quality Centre, Jira etc.).
5.Strong background in software engineering either Dev or test (ideally both), QA and methodologies waterfall, V-Model and Agile.
