Technical Lead | Engineering Software & CAD Automation

We are looking for a Technical Lead who lives at the intersection of complex geometry and elegant code. If you enjoy solving "tough-to-crack" engineering problems and want to shape how teams build modern CAD and automation tools, we would love to talk to you. In this role, you won’t just manage; you will architect, mentor, and stay hands-on with the technology that powers the next generation of engineering software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Mentor: Guide talented developers across multiple engineering domains, fostering a culture of high-quality code and continuous learning.
- Architect Solutions: Take ownership of the technical roadmap for CAD customization and automation projects (Desktop, Web, or Cloud).
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs, working closely with stakeholders and offshore teams.




- Solve Geometrical Puzzles: Apply your expertise in 3D geometry and spatial algorithms to build high-performance engineering applications.

Required Qualifications:

- The Experience: 8+ years in software development with a proven track record of leading one or more technical teams.
- The Expertise: Robust hands-on experience in Engineering Software Development. Whether your background is in C#, C++, Python, web technologies or WebGL, you should be comfortable with 3D math and CAD logic.
- The Vision: You understand software patterns, code performance, and how to build tools that last.
- The Mindset: You are a lifelong learner who enjoys mentoring others and is comfortable navigating diverse engineering domains (like AEC or Manufacturing).
