We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Patient Counselor with a background in the skin care or dermatology industry to join our team. As a Patient Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, guiding them through treatment plans, and ensuring they have a positive and informative experience. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and a good understanding of skin-related treatments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing them with accurate information about treatments, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Address patient concerns, answer questions, and offer emotional support throughout their treatment journey.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and confident with their treatment plans.

Consultation & Education:

- Conduct patient consultations to assess needs, explain available treatment options, and help them make informed decisions.
- Educate patients on skin care routines, products, and preventive measures to maintain healthy skin.
- Keep patients updated on the progress of their treatments and expected results.

Treatment Planning:





- Collaborate with dermatologists, estheticians, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure smooth coordination and scheduling of appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.

Communication & Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, creating a trusting and supportive environment.
- Follow up with patients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address any post-treatment concerns.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment histories, and notes for follow-up consultations.
- Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
