We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per client timelines.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.





Update recruitment trackers and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

0–1 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Required Skills

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
