Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Experience in wedding photography, events, or related industries is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Explain photography and videography packages to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after booking.
- Attend exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to generate new leads.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts during the wedding season.
