Abbey West Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization in the Skill Development sector, implementing Government-sponsored skill development programs across India. We work on projects such as DDU-GKY, OTDS, OSFDC, OSDA, and other livelihood and skill development initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead government-funded projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Government Skill Development Projects.
- Liaise with Government officials at the Block, District, State, and Central levels.
- Coordinate with various government departments, funding agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely implementation and monitoring of project activities.
- Lead field teams and monitor project progress across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular site visits and review meetings.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Government guidelines and project timelines.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.




- Represent the organization in meetings with Government departments and partner organizations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in the Skill Development, Livelihood, Education, or Government Project sector.
- Prior experience in Government Skill Development projects such as DDU-GKY, OTDS, OSFDC, OSDA, NSDC, or similar programs will be preferred.
- Solid experience in Government liaison and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha and other states for project-related work.

- Experience in handling multiple Government-funded projects.
- Strong understanding of Government procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.
