We are looking for someone who believes that culinary arts is more than just cooking; it's about creativity, discipline, teamwork, nutrition, and the confidence to create something from scratch. If you can inspire students to explore flavours, understand techniques, and develop practical life skills in the kitchen, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging sessions on Kitchen Safety & Hygiene, Basic Cooking Techniques, Knife Skills, Baking Fundamentals, World Cuisines, Nutrition, Food Presentation, and Menu Planning.
- Demonstrate practical cooking techniques while encouraging hands-on participation and creativity.
- Introduce students to ingredient identification, flavour combinations, food science basics, and sustainable cooking practices.
- Facilitate interactive activities, cooking challenges, recipe development, and team-based culinary projects.




- Guide students in building confidence, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving through culinary experiences.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates or postgraduates in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food Production, or related disciplines.
- Professional chefs, culinary instructors, or individuals with hands-on kitchen experience.
- Candidates with formal or informal teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience.
