About the Role

We’re building a content-first brand around books, reviews, and thoughtful discovery. Visual storytelling is central to how we communicate, and we’re looking for someone who understands that deeply.

This role is for a freelance Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor who goes beyond just adding effects, someone who pays attention to typography, pacing, composition, and overall consistency.

This is not a bulk-content role.

It’s for someone who wants to create clean, intentional, high-quality visuals.

Scope of Work

- Create short-form videos (Reels and Shorts)
- Add motion graphics such as text, transitions, and subtle animations
- Edit with a strong focus on timing, storytelling, and flow
- Maintain a minimal and aesthetic visual style
- Contribute creative ideas, not just execution

What We’re Looking For

- Strong design fundamentals (typography, spacing, layout)
- Experience with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Ability to produce clean, non-cluttered,



premium-looking content
- Understanding of short-form content trends without overusing them
- Someone who takes ownership and cares about the final output

Compensation

- ₹500 per video
