Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Trainer with strong expertise in HyperMesh and MATLAB to train students and professionals in CAE and engineering analysis. The candidate should be capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented training and guiding learners through real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions on HyperMesh for finite element modeling, meshing techniques, and pre-processing.
- Teach MATLAB fundamentals, including programming, data analysis, and engineering applications.
- Develop course materials, training modules, and assignments based on industry standards.
- Provide hands-on training with real-time case studies and projects.
- Assist students in understanding CAE concepts like FEA, meshing quality, and simulation workflows.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and project reviews.
- Support students in project development and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in mechanical and simulation domains.

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of HyperMesh (meshing, geometry cleanup, solver deck preparation).
- Proficiency in MATLAB (coding, plotting, simulation basics).
- Good understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) concepts.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Hands-on experience with real-time industrial projects is a plus.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certification or practical experience in HyperMesh and MATLAB preferred.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in training or relevant industry experience in CAE/analysis.

Preferred Qualities:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Patience and ability to handle different learning levels.
