Job Description

- Auto QC: Ensure daily automated QC tasks are completed with high precision to maintain data quality and operational efficiency.

- Business QC: Deliver high-quality, requirement-based QC ensuring business expectations are consistently met.

- Vernacular Script Translation: Ensure accurate and timely translation of scripts across multiple vernacular languages to support project delivery and quality.

- Speech Analytics QC: Ensure Quality of delivery and Improve speech analytics accuracy per the business requirement.

- UAT & Flow based testing: Strengthen Testing Quality Through Robust Test Case Creation

- AI Trainin: Enhance BOT call performance through targeted AI training and continuous learning

Requirements

- Qualification: Computer Science or related field.

- Language Skills: English and Gujarati (Hindi knowledge would be an added advantage).

- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

- Willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.
