Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for structural design review, execution support, quality control, site inspections, and ensuring all structural works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, codes, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Supervise structural construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Perform structural analysis and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural steel works.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks before, during, and after construction.
- Verify material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, project standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support estimation, quantity verification, and billing activities when required.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in bridge, railway, industrial, commercial, or residential projects is an advantage.
