Our client, a rapid-growing international freight forwarding and logistics organization, seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to drive growth across the USA Import & Export trade lane.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Trade Lane Development
- Reporting & Commercial Management

Candidate Profile:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience handling USA Freight trade lanes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
