Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding vehicle insurance renewals.
- Follow up with customers whose insurance policies are due for renewal.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, perks, and premium options.
- Answer customer queries related to insurance policies and claim procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of insurance policies to customers.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products
- Knowledge in Excel

Qualification:
Any Graduation

Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
