Job Description
Project Leadership and Execution
- Develop and implement organization-wide EHS training programs.
- Assess training needs across projects and business units to design targeted interventions.
- Ensure timely delivery of mandatory training programs, including legal and compliance topics.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Strategic Business Growth
- Align training programs with organizational safety and business objectives.
- Introduce innovative training methodologies, including digital platforms and simulations.
- Enhance the organization's reputation by promoting a culture of EHS excellence through training.
- Support leadership in driving the Zero Harm Mission through skill enhancement.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with EHS managers, project heads, and HR teams to ensure training alignment.
- Coordinate with external training agencies and consultants for specialized programs.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure training compliance with legal requirements.
- Communicate training outcomes and recommendations to senior management.
