Key Responsibilities

- Dietary Compliance: Cook specialized nutritional meals adhering to strict medical requirements (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic, renal, allergen-free or texture-modified diets).
- Meal Production: Oversee preparation and cooking of large-scale breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for patient wards, cafeterias, and hospital events.
- Dietitian Collaboration: Partner with clinical nutritionists and dietitians to adjust daily patient menus and accommodate individual care plans.
- Safety & Sanitation: Enforce strict food safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining spotless kitchen and storage workspaces.
- Inventory Control: Monitor food stocks, manage supplier orders, rotate inventory safely and minimize kitchen waste.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
