We are looking for:

A smart, energetic, and responsible Front Office Receptionist to join our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Handle patient appointments and follow-up calls.
- Manage front desk operations smoothly.
- Perform billing using clinic software (consultation, medicines, etc.).
- Maintain basic accounts and daily records.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for patient flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the reception area.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Kannada and English.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi.
- Basic computer skills (billing, MS Office, email, etc.).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with basic sales or patient counselling skills will have an added advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.

Work Location: JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
