ERP Implementation Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Manager who can successfully lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from project initiation to successful Go-Live.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
- Configure ERP modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve implementation issues.
- Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
- Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Deliver training sessions and ensure smooth user adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvements.




- Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and implementation methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, or Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and process optimization.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Vendor management experience.
- Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree (MBA/MS) is preferred.
- ERP implementation certifications will be an added advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are desirable.
