Job Title : Business Development Executive / Asst. manager _ sales & marketing
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma with relevant experience may also be considered).
Experience : 3-8 years of experience
Region : Gujarat & M.P.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, steel, cement, power, oil & gas, chemical, and other industrial sectors.
Promote the company's Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), In office Machining, and Plant Maintenance Services.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, references, and industrial contacts.
Meet existing and prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations,



and tender documents in coordination with the engineering team.
Conduct technical presentations and product/service demonstrations.
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into business.
Build long-term relationships with customers and provide after-sales coordination. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and maintain customer records in the CRM or ERP system.
Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for successful project execution.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
