Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive (CA Inter Qualified) to support the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Completion of CA Intermediate (CA Inter) is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
- Process invoices, employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and expense reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable while assisting in effective cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards,
internal financial controls, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory filings, tax compliance, GST/TDS-related activities, and coordination with external consultants.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting data across financial systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve finance-related queries efficiently.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and manage vendor communications across India, the UK, and Australia.
- Perform accounting data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the company's fixed asset register, including asset tagging, depreciation tracking, and record maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and contribute to operational efficiencies.
Essential Qualifications
- CA Intermediate (CA Inter) qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
