- 4–5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager/Assistant Workshop Manager in the automobile dealership industry.
- Experience in TVS or any reputed two-wheeler dealership will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of workshop operations, service processes, and customer handling.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high-quality service.
- Monitor workshop productivity and technician performance.
- Achieve service revenue, labour, and productivity targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Ensure implementation of manufacturer service standards and SOPs.
- Monitor spare parts coordination and workshop inventory.
- Train, guide, and motivate the service team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain workplace safety and operational discipline.
