Roles and Responsibilities

Process Material Requests (MR), verify Bills of Materials (BOM), and issue materials to production.

- Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Maintain daily stock records for profiles, accessories, glass, paint, and consumables in Google Drive and physical stock registers.
- Update and maintain glass bin cards based on physical stock movements.
- Prepare Monthly Raw Material Planning (MRP) based on the sales pipeline for profiles, accessories, glass, paint, and consumables.
- Prepare Monthly Stock Inventory Reports and Stock Balance Reports for Stores and Raw Material Inspection Warehouse.
- Coordinate outsourced material procurement, including obtaining quotations, securing approvals, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, and completing material receipt.




- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production.
- Maintain 5S standards in the store area to ensure an organized, secure, and efficient workplace.
- Maintain accurate documentation for purchase orders, supplier invoices, quotations, courier records, Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Requests (MR), and material issuance records.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock verification, reconciliation, and audit activities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
