Responsibilities
- Customer Contact: Reach out to debtors via telephone to negotiate and enact debt recovery plans.
- Payment Planning: Create manageable payment structures to eliminate debt and prevent repeated delinquency.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounts and Legal departments on debt collection efforts.
- Strategy Development: Help develop efficient debt collection plans and skip-trace debtors using publicly available databases.
- Documentation:
Maintain exceptional records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Both Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible to apply.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with customer service experience are welcome. Prior debt collection experience is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Age Limit: Maximum age up to 30 years.
- Key Skills: Solid interpersonal, recordkeeping, and team collaboration abilities.
Salary & Compensation
- Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
- Experienced Candidates: ₹28,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
