About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Solution Architect / Salesforce Oracle Fusion Lead to join our team for a critical enterprise implementation project. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Salesforce, and enterprise integration. You will play a key role in validating solution designs, collaborating with implementation partners, and ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and Salesforce applications.

This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in enterprise implementations, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate solution designs proposed by the implementation partner.

Lead functional discussions and ensure the proposed solution aligns with business objectives.

Review and approve To-Be Solution Design documents.

Participate in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and provide functional guidance.

Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.

Design, review, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Identify implementation risks, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Support integration development using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs,



and middleware technologies.

Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated systems.

Prepare solution documentation, functional specifications, and technical design artifacts.

Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills & Experience

7–10+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications and Salesforce.

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle Fusion applications.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration patterns.

Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and data transformation.

Experience reviewing solution architecture, CRPs, solution design documents, and UAT deliverables.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification is preferred.

Salesforce Certification is an added advantage.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Prior consulting or solution architecture experience with enterprise clients is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹800,946.14 - ₹1,722,400.23 per year
