We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Student Coordinator to support our students throughout their learning journey.

Job Summary

The Student Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for enrolled students, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, effective communication, and excellent student support. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate with students, trainers, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and onboard newly enrolled students.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate class schedules with trainers and communicate updates to students.
- Send reminders regarding classes, assignments, assessments, and important announcements.
- Handle student queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with inactive or absent students and encourage continued participation.
- Assist with fee follow-ups and payment reminders.
- Coordinate assessments, feedback collection, and certificate distribution.




- Work closely with trainers and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
