Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Commi 1 to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and support daily bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake breads, buns, cookies, pastries, cakes, muffins, croissants, and other bakery products as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Measure, mix, proof, bake, and finish bakery products accurately.
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and sheeters safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section in accordance with FSSAI and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of bakery ingredients and inform the senior chef about stock requirements.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily business requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.




- Assist senior chefs in developing current bakery products when required.
- Comply with all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques.
- Understanding of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes.
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Certificate in Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Bakery Commi or equivalent role.
- Experience in hotels, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, or restaurant chains will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
