Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Bhopal (Work From Office)
Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with ERP software, Tally Prime (Latest Version), and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns.
- Process payroll and prepare salary sheets and challans.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software and Tally Prime (Latest Version).
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
