To build a solid pipeline of young, energetic engineers who can be developed into future project leaders through structured technical training, mentoring, and exposure to global pharmaceutical engineering projects. Educational Qualification

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Participate in a structured technical training and mentoring program.
- Learn pharmaceutical engineering principles, GMP requirements, and global industry standards.
- Gain hands-on experience by supporting international pharmaceutical and biotech projects.
- Work alongside experienced engineers to develop technical and project execution skills.

Required Skills and Experience

Education

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / Chemical) Diploma holders with exceptional academic performance may also be considered.





Experience

Freshers or candidates with up to 2-5 years of experience.

Functional Competencies

- MS Office proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical engineering/GMP (preferred)
- Learning agility and technical aptitude
- Basic AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (preferred)
