We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dyeing Supervisor to oversee the complete fabric dyeing process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of color matching, dyeing techniques, production planning, and factory floor management. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality color consistency, timely production, and smooth coordination with clients and the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop accurate color formulations and achieve precise shade matching as per customer requirements.

* Prepare dyeing samples (lab dips) and get them approved by clients before bulk production.

* Manage the complete fabric dyeing process from sampling to final production.

* Ensure color consistency and quality throughout the production process.

* Coordinate with customers, production teams,



and management regarding approvals and production schedules.

* Supervise and manage the dyeing floor and production staff.

* Monitor dyeing machines, chemicals, dyes, and process parameters.

* Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely order completion.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabric dyeing and textile processing.

* Strong knowledge of color matching, lab dip preparation, dyeing techniques, and shade correction.

* ⁠ Experience in handling cotton, jute , Juco is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
