Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and introduce our SaaS platform.

Identify potential customers and onboard them onto the platform.

Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into active users.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and onboarding status in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Meet daily calling, onboarding, and customer engagement targets.

Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.





Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Any Regional language is an added advantage).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B customer support, SaaS onboarding, telecalling, or inside sales.

Previous experience in customer onboarding or account management is preferred.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to build trust with business clients and maintain long-term relationships.

1+ Years Experience: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

3+ Years Experience: Up to ₹22,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
